1.2 Our services are available both locally (Pakistan) and internationally. Delivery timelines vary depending on the location.

2. Orders and Payment

2.2 Payments can be made via available online payment methods, supporting both local and international transactions.
2.3 All prices are in PKR (for local) or applicable international currency and may be subject to change without notice.

3. Shipping & Delivery

3.1 Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to shipping delays, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
3.2 International shipping may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
3.3 For stitching/customization orders, delivery starts once final measurements and designs are confirmed.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds

For normal refunds (non-defective items) in Pakistan, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For international orders, refunds may take 3–6 weeks due to shipping and customs procedures.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges for items in Pakistan are usually completed within 7–14 business days, depending on stock availability.
For custom-made or stitched items, exchanges may take up to 21 days.
International exchanges may take 3–6 weeks due to shipping and customs.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping costs of normal returns.
For defective or incorrect items sent by us, we cover the return shipping cost.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Customized/stitching orders can only be returned/exchanged if there is a defect or mistake on our part.
